One Month In
BY: Jon Sanchez | Date:
Well, we’re one month in. Those promises and resolutions you made for New Year’s are probably feeling pretty heavy right about now. Take heart. It’s supposed to be hard. Everything worthwhile is. Stay committed and stay moving in the midst of fatigue, distraction and moments of weakness. Think about the energy and passion you had when those plans were fresh in your heart and mind and recharge.
People don’t fail to reach their goals because they’re weak or busy or unsuccessful. It’s usually because they just stop moving forward, stop taking small steps toward the finish line, stop doing the little things that add up to big things.
That’s one of the most important things we do at Team Performance Institute. We help high-performing teams and leaders chart a path and give them practical tools to stay the course, to keep moving forward toward their goals.
