Don’t Tackle the Journey Alone

If you’re like me, you’re having trouble believing the year is already half over. More than six months of successes, failures, planning, collaborating, innovating, course correcting and planting seeds.
You’re at the “top” of the year, so how will you make the second half better than the first? How are you doing against your plan? Have you sacrificed parts of your plan because of busyness or shifting priorities? What possibilities are out there to help you build on your successes from the first half of the year?
These are important questions to answer as you approach the rest of 2018. The end of Q2 is a great time for recalibration where it’s needed and reflection to recapture the inspiration you felt when you set your goals in the first place.
